8. Rehearse each meeting Internally along and MOM actions tracking
9. Define Additional Roles in Team clearly
10. Monitoring and documentation of all assets
11. Risk Management
12. Training and HOTO incharge for all asssociates
13. Work on automations and improvement of existing processes
14. Leave/absence tracking
15. Policy and Process compliance
