JobDescription:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ensure high quality training standards across ranks of sea staff that meets all
regulations requirements to operate company ship safely, effectively and efficiently.
? Conducts simulator based ECDIS refresher training to joining seafarers (engine side)
? Arranges “ECDIS Competency Refresher Test” for all joining deck hands and
follows up with further need based training on “ECDIS and Company’s ECDIS
procedures in SMS”.
? Ensure officers on board are trained to effectively lead and coach their subordinates.
? Evaluate, procures and maintains training resources to allow effective and conducive
training for seafarers.
Plan and develop circulars, bulletins related to safe operations
Salary 30 Lacs per annum
