1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To oversee the office administration of  IT and systems requirements.

2. MAIN TASKS:

• Develop a sound management style and method of operating which ensures efficient communication within the Singapore office as well as between Singapore and its satellite offices.
• Implement a discipline to IT budgeting and expenditure procedures for all offices which stimulates a high degree of accuracy in predicting actual costs.
• Provide and maintain meaningful business software solutions & management reporting which enables the performance to be monitored and appropriate management actions taken.
• IT based support to the I.T. Systems on board vessels.
