Required Head of Fleet Care Male/Female candidates Location – Andheri Minimum experience – 10 to 11 Year (shipping, Travel and logistic, Hotels, Relationship managers etc. with excellent communication and good computer skills). Wages – 75 to 80 (Depend on interview and experience) Education – Graduate in any stream RESPONSIBILITIES – Below responsibilities are for Executive role. We want much more from him/her. Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture. Organizing the overall creation of internal communications, events and programs for the purpose of communicating critical information to employees. Ensures all communications reaches diverse employees Maintains and updates EE trackers for the employee programs and initiatives launched during the year Prepares and ensures adherence to the EE calendar for the month Develops employee recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs.
