Wages – 75 to 80 (Depend on interview and experience)

Education – Graduate in any stream

RESPONSIBILITIES – Below responsibilities are for Executive role. We want much more from him/her.

• Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture.
• Organizing the overall creation of internal communications, events and programs for the purpose of communicating critical information to employees. Ensures all communications reaches diverse employees 
• Maintains and updates EE trackers for the employee programs and initiatives launched during the year
• Prepares and ensures adherence to the EE calendar for the month
• Develops employee recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs.
• Conducts periodic Health check-up drives for employees to ensure adherence to audit essentials.
• Data creation and maintenance
• Handling employee grievance
