As Head of Husbandry Agencies, you will manage a team of four agency managers and together you will become the critical link between our agents and the business. It will be a part of the challenge to streamline processes to optimize cooperation with agencies at all important locations.

you will report directly to Head of Group Procurement, Purchase & Logistics in Denmark and enjoy a role in a professional organization where you can truly make a difference and be noticed.

Furthermore, we expect that you will:

• Be a key person in the in the Group Procurement, Purchase and Logistics leadership team and drive strategic planning, process management as well as daily agency operations

• Manage both internal and external stakeholders and improve the understanding of the

  business and local agents

• Develop and maintain a strong agency team that can deliver business aligned and cost-efficient agency services to (abc)

• Continuously develop and secure smooth operation of port calls

• Travel approximately 30 days per year
